The Certikin display swimming pool set up really shows of the quality and level of finish that the Endless Summer Enclosure and Endless Summer Pool has. The Enclosure was installed over a two period allowing for a top quality finish that is second to none.

This is the enclosure in the open position allowing for an open air swimming pool on nice days when you would like to have the feeling of fresh air whilst swimming. As we are in the UK the enclosures closing ability will give most swimming pools a lot longer season and allow for much more usage throughout the year.

This is the enclosure in the closed position. The enclosure will be on the pool longer than it will be off of the swimming pool due to pool being used for demonstration purposes. The enclosure has been designed to offer good bather access around the pool whilst not swimming.

The enclosure has fully bi folding doors that allow you to retract the enclosure of off the swimming pool and have great access in the fron of the building. The is plenty of space around the pool to make this area be useful as a gym area or a place to socialise with friends.

Deep End Pools, Taplow, Berkshire is receiving its first delivery of Jacuzzi Hot Tubs tomorrow the 19th February 2010. Deep End Pools have been in talks for some time with Jacuzzi UK and now the deals have all been agreed and we look forward to accepting are first shipment.

A little about Jacuzzi.

The original hydrotherapy jet was invented by the Jacuzzi brothers in 1956.

Around the turn of the century, seven Jacuzzi brothers immigrated to California from Italy.

In 1956, an idea was born. Why not treat a family member’s arthritis with a hydrotherapy pump. The Jacuzzi brothers invented a pump and a small niche business was born. The J-300, a portable pump, was sold to hospitals and schools.

This innovative spirit was captured by Roy Jacuzzi, a third generation family member who had begun learning the business as a teenager. Sensing the American consumer’s interest in health, fitness and leisure activities, Roy invented and marketed the first self-contained, fully integrated whirlpool bath in 1968. By incorporating body jets into the sides of the tub, it became the bath that almost single-handedly created an industry.
   
As larger units were designed to accommodate more people, Jacuzzi incorporated heating and filtration systems to keep the water warm and clean, thus creating the first hot tub in 1970. Hot tubs, unlike the whirlpool baths, could be used outside with this heating system. In 1979, the family sold the business to New York based Kidde Inc. All the family members left the business, except for Roy, who stayed on to run the Jacuzzi operations.

In 1990, Roy Jacuzzi was placed in the National Kitchen and Bath Hall of Fame in the USA, recognising him for his many contributions in the innovation of Hydrotherapy for home use.

In addition to the first whirlpool bath patent, Jacuzzi has 250 worldwide patents for advancements in pump systems, jet technology and product design. Deep End Pools installed a Certikin Endless Wooden Pool in Taplow Berkshire.

The Top quality Certikin Wooden Above Ground Swimming Pool was constructed in less than a day by a team of two engineers.

The Certikin Endless Summer Wooden pool kit comes in pre cut pieces so that the pool simply slots together. Deep End Pools have constructed a number of these wooden pools with great success around Buckinghamshire and Berkshire. This pool is a smaller pool at 2.9m x 4.7m and it will benefit from a Endless Summer Fastlane Counter Current device.

Deep End Pools have started a competition to make use of all of the great images our customers send us.

The images can be of you enjoying your pool or spa. Any parties or events or just one of your pool or spa with really cool lighting around it.

We ask that you send your images to sales@deependpools.co.uk and give us a brief description of what is happening in the photo.

The winner will receive a goody bag and the honour of being on the Deep End Pools site for a whole month in pride of place.

The winning picture will get marked on:

• Fun – We love to see smiles on everybodies faces /has to be suitable for all audiences young and old.
• Effect - Marks will be given for good use of lighting and good composition.
• Real – If we can see that it is a real image with everyone enjoying themselves then this will score more than a still plain image.

The annual swimming pool awards were held in Brighton’s Hilton Hotel on Sunday. The most prestegous awards of the swimming pool calander are one of the only times of the year that you will get all of the UK’s top swimming pool companies together in one room.

Deep End Pools won three awards for their swimming pool installations.

Two for swimming pool installation of liner pools under £35,000 and 1 for liner swimming pool installations over £35,000.

Deep End Pools web Sales guy Daniel Robinson scooped an award The Paul Kite Award for Young Pool Star of the Year which was awarded for his services over the past few years to Deep End Pools. For this he received a glass trophy, certificate and a cheque for £250.

Deep End Pools then celebrated into the night with fellow pool companies learning from each other the latest advancments with products and installation tips.
